CoSolutions EIS JV, LLC (CEJV) was formed by CoSolutions, Inc. (CoSolutions) and Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS) under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Program to provide the Federal Government with high-quality, information technology support services. CEJV was awarded a GSA STARS II contract. CEJV is a Small, SDB, and 8(a) business entity under the GSA 8(a) STARS II contract and the contracting agency will receive full SDB and 8(a) credit for all awarded task orders. This contract has a ceiling value of $697 million among 32 companies in 15 STAs over the next five years.
EIS was awarded a competitive task order award for $5 million under the GSA Alliant Small Business contract for Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System (GEMSIS) Program Management Office support in November 2011 with Booz Allen Hamilton as a subcontractor by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
EIS was awarded a competitive IDIQ JIEDDO Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract by the Office of the Secretary of Defense Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) in November 2011. The contract has a ceiling value of $209 million among 4 companies over the next five years. The JIEDDO SETA effort includes Contract Program Management Support, Engineering Analysis and Applied Technology, Enterprise and Strategic Engineering and Technical Assistance, Acquisition and Intelligence Information Support, Contracting Office Representative (COR) Technical Support, and Engineering and Technical Support Services.
EIS was awarded a competitive IDIQ Acquisition of Consolidated Enterprise Support Services (ACCESS) contract by the Air Force Material Command at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio in November 2011. The contract has a ceiling value of $950 million among 19 companies over the next three years. The ACCESS program contract will provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) support in the areas of Management and Professional Support Services; Studies, Analyses and Evaluations; and Engineering and Technical Services. EIS was awarded a competitive task order award for $12 million under the DHS EAGLE I contract for US-VISIT Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Support Services in September 2011 with L-3 STRATIS and INET, Inc. as subcontractors by the DHS.
CoSolutions EIS JV, LLC (CEJV), a SBA approved joint venture under the 8(a) Mentor Protégé program, between CoSolutions, Inc. of Sterling, Virginia and Enterprise Information Services, Inc. of Vienna, Virginia, has been awarded a STARS II contract under both constellations and all four functional areas for five years, August 31, 2011 through August 30, 2016, and with one five-year option period.
