U.S. Air Force Acquisitions of Consolidated Enterprise Support Services (ACCESS)

Contract Number: FA8622-12-D-8005

Eligibility: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), including Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Air Force Global Logistics Support Center (AFGLSC), Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).

Contract Period: 3 years (02/06/2011 - 12/05/2014)

Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Level of Effort (FP LOE), Labor Hour (LH), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF).

Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS) is the prime contractor and a Small Business concern under the USAF ACCESS contract. Subcontractors unclude:

  • Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC): Established WPAFB large business with broad expertise and capabilities across contract delivery areas.
  • Wastren Advantage, Inc. : An SBA-Certified 8(a) small disadvantaged business with expertise in Environmental Safety and Health and a Voluntary Protection Program Star of Excellence Award winner.
  • RCO Engineering (RCO):An ISO-9001 SBA certified Small Business with expertise in full-service product development. RCO is Team EIS' expert in Manufacturing Quality Support Services.
Both WAI and RCO are also Team EIS' leads for Historical Archival Support.

    Management and Professional Support Services:

    Assistance, advice or training for the efficient and effective management and operation of organizations, activities (program management, logistics management, project monitoring and reporting, data collection, budgeting, accounting, performance auditing, and administrative technical support for conferences and training programs; including management and support services for Research and Development (R&D) activities) or systems.

    Studies, Analyses and Evaluations:

    Analytical assessments/evaluations supporting policy development, decision-making, management or administration including studies in support of R&D activities.

    Engineering and Technical Services: Program Office support during the acquisition cycle providing services such as systems engineering and technical direction to ensure the effective operations and maintenance of a weapon system or a major system as defined in Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-109 or to provide direct support of a weapons system that is essential to research, development, production, operations or maintenance of a system.

    EIS chooses to offer our customers our most aggressive pricing (all discounts factored in) upfront to provide consistency between task estimates to incurred costs.
