Contract Period: 3 years (12/06/2011 – 12/05/2014) with one 6-month option (12/06/2014 –06/05/2015)

EIS is a Small Business concern under the USAF ACCESS contract.

Program Description:

Program goals include continuous support provided via the task order process which will operate efficiently and quickly in order to make timely awards to support the Warfighting community.

Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) for Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) support to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), including Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Air Force Global Logistics Support Center (AFGLSC), Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) in the areas of:

Management and Professional Support Services:

  • Assistance, advice or training for the efficient and effective management and operation of organizations, activities (program management, logistics management, project monitoring and reporting, data collection, budgeting, accounting, performance auditing, and administrative technical support for conferences and training programs; including management and support services for research and development (R&D) activities) or systems.

Studies, Analyses and Evaluations:

  • Analytical assessments/evaluations supporting policy development, decision-making, management, or administration including studies in support of R&D activities.

Engineering and Technical Services:

  • Program Office support during the acquisition cycle providing services such as systems engineering and technical direction to ensure the effective operations and maintenance of a weapon system or a major system as defined in Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-109 or to provide direct support of a weapons system that is essential to research, development, production, operations or maintenance of a system.

Estimated Ceiling Value: $950 million
