2014
CoSolutions EIS JV, LLC (CEJV), a SBA approved joint venture under the 8(a) Mentor Protégé program, between CoSolutions , Inc. of Sterling, Virginia and Enterprise Information Services, Inc. of Vienna, Virginia, was awarded the SPAWAR Center Atlantic New Orleans Office Help Desk, Systems Administration, and Network Security Services Contract in September, 2014. CEJV, along with subcontractor Carousel, Inc., will support this 3-year IDIQ contract that has a $66 million ceiling value.

CoSolutions EIS JV, LLC (CEJV), a SBA approved joint venture under the 8(a) Mentor Protégé program, between CoSolutions, Inc. of Sterling, Virginia and Enterprise Information Services, Inc. of Vienna, Virginia, has been awarded a one a year $6.1M STARS II task order to deliver the USAF 33rd Network Warfare Squadron Gateway-to-Gateway Team in Feb 2014.

2013

CoSolutions EIS JV, LLC (CEJV), a SBA approved joint venture under the 8(a) Mentor Protégé program, between CoSolutions, Inc. of Sterling, Virginia and Enterprise Information Services, Inc. of Vienna, Virginia, has been awarded a one and a half year $3.9M STARS II task order to deliver the USAF 33rd Network Warfare Squadron Computer Response Team in Sep 2013.

Alliant Enterprise JV, LLC (AEJV), a joint venture managed by EIS, was awarded a competitive $1.7 million task order under the GSA Alliant SB GWAC in September 2013 for a one year period by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to provide Cloud Data Exchange Services. JV member CRI Advantage will lead AEJV’s team to migration BOP’s current data exchange infrastructure (currently hosted in DOJ’s Justice Data Center) into its Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) infrastructure with Amazon Web Services (AWS). AEJV will also assistance to develop additional data sharing capabilities for customers such as U.S. Probation and other data matching partners (IRS, FAA, Department of State, etc.).

Alliant Enterprise JV, LLC (AEJV), a joint venture managed by EIS, was awarded a competitive BPA task order under the GSA Alliant SB GWAC for a task order to support Department of State Foreign Service Institute IT Support Services in September 2013. JV member Zantech IT Services will lead this task order and be supported by EIS to provide research, development, implementation, and maintenance of information technology software solutions that support the business processes of the Foreign Service Institute.

EIS was awarded a competitive full and open DHS EAGLE II unrestricted Functional Category 2, Information Technology (IT) Program Support Services prime contract in August 2013. This 7 year, $22B dollar multiple award contract will support the DHS goal of a functionally integrated Department, demanding integrated methods of operation among and between the various Components with the IT support systems that enhance mission effectiveness and create economies of scale through consolidation. EIS' EAGLE II Team is supported by the following Core Team member subcontractors: KPMG LLC, North Highland, Jacobs Technology, and Quantech Services. Additional subcontractors include: Headstrong Public Sector, Resources Global Professionals (RGP), Credence, Enterprise Resource Planning, Inc (ERPi), OCTO, and iPower.

EIS was awarded a competitive, full and open contract award under Domain 2 Track 1 of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Technical, Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) in February 2013. EIS is one of six awardees under a five-year, IDIQ contract with a ceiling value of $11 billion for all contracts awarded under TABSS. The TABSS Domain 2 contract will provide Business Management, Financial Management, and Audit Support Services to DHS department-wide.

2012
EIS was awarded a competitive, full and open contract award under Domain 1 Track 1 of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Technical, Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) in December 2012. EIS is one of 12 awardees under the five-year, IDIQ contract with a ceiling value of $11 billion for all contracts awarded under TABSS. The TABSS contract will provide Program Management, Engineering and Technology Support Services DHS department-wide.

EIS was awarded a competitive task order for one year, $5 million under the Army ITS-SB contract for engineering and administrative support for the Army CECOM Software Engineering Center, Operations Directorate, Tactical Operations Division in September 2012. The services include technology assessments, engineering studies, project management, print/video publications, data analysis, administrative support, strategic studies, security support and customer survey support.

Alliant Enterprise JV, LLC (AEJV), a joint venture managed by Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), was awarded a competitive $16 million task order for four year period by the United State Census Bureau to provide Decennial Testing and Processing Support (DTAPS) services in August 2012 with Federal Working Group, Inc. of Falls Church, Virginia and Spatial Front, Inc. of Gaithersburg, Maryland as subcontractors.

Alliant Enterprise JV, LLC (AEJV), a joint venture managed by Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), was awarded a competitive $49 million task order for five year period by the Department of Energy (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) to provide Information Technology Operations and Maintenance Support (ITOMS) Services in July 2012.  Member, Optimal Solutions & Technology (OST), Inc. of Washington, DC is the JV lead company for this task order supported by EIS and Criterion Systems, Inc. of Vienna, Virginia.

EAGLE Enterprise JV, LLC (EEJV), a joint venture managed by Enterprise Information Services, Inc., was awarded a competitive $44 million task order under the DHS EAGLE I contract by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to provide Independent Test and Integration (IT&I) support services in April 2012 with L-3 STRATIS and INET, Inc. as subcontractors.

2011
EIS was awarded a competitive IDIQ Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) in December 2011 for Special Technical Area (STA) 3.1 - CIO Strategic Management Support and IT Program Management, STA 3.3.2 – Independent Risk Assessments Infrastructure and Systems, and STA 3.3.5 – Security Testing and Evaluation. This contract has a ceiling value of $697 million among 32 companies in 15 STAs over the next five years.

EIS was awarded a competitive task order award for $5 million under the GSA Alliant Small Business contract for Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System (GEMSIS) Program Management Office support in November 2011 with Booz Allen Hamilton as a subcontractor by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

EIS was awarded a competitive IDIQ JIEDDO Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract by the Office of the Secretary of Defense Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) in November 2011. The contract has a ceiling value of $209 million among 4 companies over the next five years. The JIEDDO SETA effort includes Contract Program Management Support, Engineering Analysis and Applied Technology, Enterprise and Strategic Engineering and Technical Assistance, Acquisition and Intelligence Information Support, Contracting Office Representative (COR) Technical Support, and Engineering and Technical Support Services.

EIS was awarded a competitive IDIQ Acquisition of Consolidated Enterprise Support Services (ACCESS) contract by the Air Force Material Command at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio in November 2011. The contract has a ceiling value of $950 million among 19 companies over the next five years. The ACCESS program contract will provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) support in the areas of Management and Professional Support Services; Studies, Analyses and Evaluations; and Engineering and Technical Services. EIS was awarded a competitive task order award for $12 million under the DHS EAGLE I contract for US-VISIT Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Support Services in September 2011 with L-3 STRATIS and INET, Inc. as Subcontractors by the DHS.

CoSolutions EIS JV, LLC (CEJV), a SBA approved joint venture under the 8(a) Mentor Protégé program, between CoSolutions, Inc. of Sterling, Virginia and Enterprise Information Services, Inc. of Vienna, Virginia, has been awarded a STARS II contract under both constellations and all four functional areas for five years, August 31, 2011 through August 30, 2016, and with one five-year option period. The contract has a $10 billion ceiling value and 584 awardees. See GSA STARS II Contract.

EIS was awarded a competitive IDIQ Total Information Processing Support Services 4 Small Business (TIPSS 4 SB) contract by the Internal Revenue Service in June 2011 for Management/Business Operations Support Services (MBOSS) and Cyber Security (CS) task areas. This contract has a ceiling value of $2 billion among 38 companies over the next ten years.

EIS was awarded a competitive, full and open, IDIQ Army National Guard Program Management, Acquisition Support, and IV&V contract by the Army National Guard in May 2011. This contract has a ceiling value of $45 million among 2 companies over the next five years.

EIS was awarded a competitive IDIQ Services for Operations Planning Training and Resource Support Services for Warfighter Operations Small Business (OPTARS II) contract by the Army Forces Command, US Army in March 2011. This contract has a ceiling value of $500 million among 22 companies over the next five years. The task areas include Operations Planning, Training, Modeling and Simulation, Flight Operations, Mobilization Plans and Execution, Deployment Operations, Force Protection Programs, and Transformation.

EIS was awarded a competitive IDIQ Information Technology Services - Small Business (ITS-SB) contract by the Army Assistant Secretary for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology in February 2011. This contract has a ceiling value of $490 million among 16 companies over the next five years.  The ITS-SB task areas include: Electronic Product Environment Assessment Tool (EPEAT), Information Assurance (IA), Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V), Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) Engineering Services, Migration / Integration IT Services, and Warranty and Maintenance.

2010
EIS was awarded a competitive IDIQ INSCOM OMNIBUS III contract by the Army Intelligence and Security Command in September 2010 for Information Technology (IT) and Systems Support. This contract has a ceiling value of $492 million among 27 companies over the next five years in the following specific service areas: Administrative, Force Management, Resource Management, Foundry and Test and Evaluation support services, Information Technology (IT) and System Support, and Intelligence Support Services

EIS was awarded an Architectural and Systems Engineering Support Services (ASESS) contract by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in September 2010 for one-year base period and with six (6) option years with a total estimated value of $393 million. The EIS Team will provide systems engineering support to the FAA's next generation (NEXTGEN) Traffic Flow Management programs. The EIS Team includes SAIC, QinetiQ, UNITE, Safety Net Solutions (SNS), and ISA software.

EIS has passed recertification to the ISO 9001:2008 standard and successfully certified to the ISO 20000:2005 standard based on an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 framework in June 2010.

EIS received a competitive contract award as a small business to provide worldwide coverage for Information Technology requirements and technical support services to the Intelligence Community in May 2010. SITE is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a program ceiling value of $6.6 billion over five years among six large and five small companies. EIS’ Team includes the following key partners: Booz Allen Hamilton, Lockheed Martin, Serco North America, Federated IT, BAE Systems, and Hewlett Packard. EIS’ Team will provide support for assets that are vital to the security of the United States through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance and the intelligence components of Command and Control systems.

2009
CoSolutions, Inc., a small woman-owned 8(a) company, and EIS have formed a joint venture, CoSolutions EIS JV, approved under the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Program, to provide the Federal Government with high quality information technology support services. See Mentor-Protégé Program.

EIS was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as a Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) under the Electronic Federal Aviation Administration Accelerated and Simplified Task (eFAST) program in October 2009 for a five year period in five of the eight functional areas. See FAA eFAST Contract.

EIS was awarded a competitive, $5 million, three-year Task Order under the Department of State HITSS IDIQ contract to provide IT services for the Iraq Reconstruction Management System in September 2009.

EIS was awarded a five-year subcontract from SAIC to provide Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) Initiatives Support Services for the Federal Aviation Administration in September 2009.

EIS was awarded a competitive, $11 million, three-year Task Order under the GSA 8(a) STARS contract to provide Tier I and Tier II Customer Support Center services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Security Operating Center (NSOC), Critical Information Protection Service in August 2009.

EIS lead joint venture, EAGLE Enterprise Joint Venture LLC (EEJV), was awarded a competitive, $22 million, four year Task Order under the DHS EAGLE contract to provide Information Assurance, Configuration Management and Quality Assurance services to the U. S. Coast Guard Operations Systems Center in Kearneysville, WV in March 2009.

2008
EIS was awarded a five-year $9 million task order under our current Seaport-e, U.S. Navy, Contract Vehicle to provide Earned Value Management, Program Management, and Analyst Support Services in December 2008.

EIS-led joint venture, Alliant Enterprise JV (AEJV), was awarded an Alliant Small Business IDIQ contract by General Services Administration in December 2008. AEJV partners include: DSD Laboratories, Inc. of Sudbury, MA; Optimal Solutions and Technologies, Inc. of Washington, DC; DESE Research, Inc. of Huntsville, AL; Newtek International, Inc. of Reston, VA; and Innovative Technologies, Inc. of Chantilly, VA.

EIS was awarded a two-year $1.7 million contract to provide IT Web Applications for CFO Tools in September 2008 by the U.S. Coast Guard, under DHS EAGLE Contract.

EIS was awarded a five-year IDIQ Information Technology Operations Division Task Order Contract (ITOC) by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S. Department of Justice in September 2008.

EIS was awarded a five-year $5 million contract to provide information technology, document management, and administrative support services to the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB) in June 2008.

EIS was independently appraised as an SEI CMMI Maturity Level 2 organization in April 2008.

EIS was awarded a five- year $15 million contract to provide program management and information technology support services to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in March 2008.

EIS was awarded a two-year $3.5 million contract to provide IT and professional support services to Naval Medical Information Management Center (NMIMC) in March 2008.

2007
EIS was awarded a five-year $27 million contract by the Department of Labor to provide nationwide data entry, clerical, and document imaging/scanning services in November 2007.

EIS officially received an ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems registration certificate in September 2007. During the ISO 9001:2000 registration audit, the onsite auditor commended EIS for "Excellent Documentation, Excellent Employee Commitment, and High Customer Satisfaction" - a true testament to the excellence of our project team performance and their valued service to our customers.

EIS was awarded a five-year $5 million task order by the Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Department of Homeland Security to provide independent verification and validation services for the CBP Modernization Project in September 2007.

EIS was awarded a five-year IDIQ contract for the Hybrid IT Services for State (HITSS) contract supporting the Department of State in April 2007.

EIS was awarded a five-year $3 million contract by the Federal Aviation Administration to provide Web Operational Services to the Office of the CIO in March 2007.

2006
EIS was awarded a five-year $30 million competitive contract award to provide information technology support services for the Aviation Logistics Management Information System (ALMIS) and the Aviation Technical Information Management System (ATIMS) in September 2006.

EIS led joint venture, EAGLE Enterprise JV LLC (“EEJV”), has received a small business track award for Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) program in Functional Categories 1 and 3 in September 2006. EIS (www.goeis.com) is the lead member of EEJV. The remaining three EEJV members, also small businesses, are: DSD Laboratories of Sudbury, MA (www.dsdlabs.com), I. M. Systems Group, Inc. of Kensington, MD (www.imsg.com ), and Newtek International of Reston, VA (www.newtek.net).

EIS has received a three-year $5 million subcontract to provide technical support services for the Flight Technologies and Procedures Division (AFS-400) of the Federal Aviation Administration in September 2006.
