EEJV Quality Assurance

EEJV’s approach for Quality Assurance (QA) leverages people, processes, and technology to ensure high quality technical performance by all members on time and within budget.

EEJV will apply our ISO 9001:2000 Registered Quality Management Program to all task orders awarded under the EAGLE Performance Based Services Contract. The Quality Control program and in particular, achievement of all Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives will be further supported through underlying Capability Maturity Model (Integrated) and formal Configuration Management control processes, procedures and documentation requirements.

  • Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 2 Appraised Processes
  • ISO 9001:2000 Registered Quality Management System
EEJV audits of Quality Control processes and methods will apply the DHS’ SLA-specific Quality Surveillance Plan measures and targets.  By performing frequent assessments early in the project life cycle, EEJV will maintain a high level of performance throughout the entire project. Moreover, the use of SLAs in audits will ensure EEJV performance management supports DHS’ quality assurance surveillance and accountability for EAGLE contract resources.
