EIS is a Small, SDB, and 8(a) business under the DoS HITSS contract and the contracting agency will receive the SDB and 8(a) credit.
Program Description:
The Department of State has established this multiple award contract to support computer-related
technical services for its operating systems, and hardware and software applications. Services include the following:
Systems Engineering; Information Systems and Services; Software Development; Product Assurance (Independent Verification and Validation, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, and Test & Evaluation); Communications Engineering; Network Support Services; Data Entry; Computer Security; Technical Support Services; and ADP/ Network Facilities Management Services.
