Program Description:
The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center has established a broad based Engineering Support Services
Area (ESSA) under the Multiple Award Support Services (MASS) contract vehicle to support the National
Airspace System (NAS). The maximum ordering obligation is 500,000 hours. The contract incorporates 28
different labor categories, most of which have further graduations of skill levels.
As a Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business (SEDB), delivery orders under this award to EIS contribute to the FAA goals.
