EIS enjoys excellent financial stability and has remained debt-free since inception. EIS has many 8(a), Small Business, and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) contract vehicles under the $25 million size standard to partner with Federal agencies and industry partners. Currently, EIS is SDB certified by SBA under the 500 employee size standard.

EAGLE Enterprise JV, LLC (EEJV) is a small business joint venture incorporated in the commonwealth of Virginia in 2005. EEJV was formed by Lead Member, Enterprise Information Services, Inc. of Vienna, VA to provide the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with reliable, high quality IT services and solutions. Alliant Enterprise JV, LLC (AEJV) is a small business joint venture incorporated in the commonwealth of Virginia in 2006. AEJV was formed by Lead Member Enterprise Information Services, Inc. of Vienna, VA to provide various agencies of the U.S. Federal Government with reliable, high-quality IT services and solutions. CoSolutions EIS JV, LLC (CEJV) was formed by CoSolutions, Inc. (CoSolutions) and Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS) under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Program to provide the Federal Government with high-quality, information technology support services. CEJV was awarded a GSA STARS II contract. CEJV is a Small, SDB, and 8(a) business entity under the GSA 8(a) STARS II contract and the contracting agency will receive full SDB and 8(a) credit for all awarded task orders. Company News

EIS was awarded a competitive, full and open contract award under Domain 2 Track 1 of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Technical, Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) in February 2013. EIS is one of six awardees under a five-year, IDIQ contract with a ceiling value of $11 billion for all contracts awarded under TABSS. The TABSS Domain 2 contract will provide Business Management, Financial Management, and Audit Support Services to DHS department-wide.

EIS was awarded a competitive, full and open contract award under Domain 1 Track 1 of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Technical, Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) in December 2012. EIS is one of 12 awardees under a five-year, IDIQ contract with a ceiling value of $11 billion for all contracts awarded under TABSS. The TABSS Domain 1 contract will provide Program Management, Engineering and Technology Support Services to DHS department-wide.

EIS was awarded a competitive IDIQ Engineering and Technology Acquisition Support Services (ETASS II) contract by the Air Force Material Command in October 2012. The contract has a ceiling value of $851 million among five companies over the next five years. The ETASS II contract will provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) at Electronics Systems Command (ESC) at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts.

EIS was awarded a competitive task order for one year, $5 million under the Army ITS-SB contract for engineering and administrative support for the Army CECOM Software Engineering Center, Operations Directorate, Tactical Operations Division in September 2012. The services include technology assessments, engineering studies, project management, print/video publications, data analysis, administrative support, strategic studies, security support and customer survey support.

Alliant Enterprise JV, LLC (AEJV), a joint venture managed by Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), was awarded a competitive $16 million task order for four year period by the United State Census Bureau to provide Decennial Testing and Processing Support (DTAPS) services in August 2012 with Federal Working Group, Inc. of Falls Church, Virginia and Spatial Front, Inc. of Gaithersburg, Maryland as subcontractors.

Alliant Enterprise JV, LLC (AEJV), a joint venture managed by Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), was awarded a competitive $49 million task order for five year period by the Department of Energy (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) to provide Information Technology Operations and Maintenance Support (ITOMS) Services in July 2012. Member, Optimal Solutions & Technology (OST), Inc. of Washington, DC is the JV lead company for this task order supported by EIS and Criterion Systems, Inc. of Vienna, Virginia.

EAGLE Enterprise JV, LLC (EEJV), a joint venture managed by Enterprise Information Services, Inc., was awarded a competitive $44 million task order under the DHS EAGLE I contract by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to provide Independent Test and Integration (IT&I) support services in April 2012 with L-3 STRATIS and INET, Inc. as subcontractors.

EIS was awarded a competitive IDIQ Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) in December 2011 for Special Technical Area (STA) 3.1 - CIO Strategic Management Support and IT Program Management, STA 3.3.2 – Independent Risk Assessments Infrastructure and Systems, and STA 3.3.5 – Security Testing and Evaluation. This contract has a ceiling value of $697 million among 32 companies in 15 STAs over the next five years.

EIS was awarded a competitive task order award for $5 million under the GSA Alliant Small Business contract for Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System (GEMSIS) Program Management Office support in November 2011 with Booz Allen Hamilton as a subcontractor by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

EIS was awarded a competitive IDIQ JIEDDO Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract by the Office of the Secretary of Defense Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) in November 2011. The contract has a ceiling value of $209 million among four companies over the next five years. The JIEDDO SETA effort includes Contract Program Management Support, Engineering Analysis and Applied Technology, Enterprise and Strategic Engineering and Technical Assistance, Acquisition and Intelligence Information Support, Contracting Office Representative (COR) Technical Support, and Engineering and Technical Support Services.

EIS was awarded a competitive IDIQ Acquisition of Consolidated Enterprise Support Services (ACCESS) contract by the Air Force Material Command at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio in November 2011. The contract has a ceiling value of $950 million among 19 companies over the next three years. The ACCESS program contract will provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) support in the areas of Management and Professional Support Services; Studies, Analyses and Evaluations; and Engineering and Technical Services. EAGLE Enterprise JV, LLC (EEJV), a joint venture managed by Enterprise Information Services, Inc., was awarded a competitive $12 million task order under the DHS EAGLE I contract for US-VISIT Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) support services in September 2011 with L-3 STRATIS and INET, Inc. as subcontractors.
