EIS-Led Joint Venture, RS3JV, Wins Spot on Army RS3 Contract

RS3 Joint Venture, LLC (RS3JV), with EIS as the Lead JV Member, was awarded a prime position as a small business (under 500 employees size standard) on the multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) U.S. Army Communications‒Electronics Command (CECOM) Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract with a ceiling value of $37.4 billion over a 10-year period of performance. The vehicle may be used to support other Department of Defense and federal agencies. The RS3 contract consolidates and replaces five expiring multiple award contracts, including the Rapid Response Third Generation (R2-3G).

RS3JV members include, Aptima, Inc., Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (lead member), Saalex Corporation, and USfalcon, Inc. RS3 will provide knowledge-based professional services for programs with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)-related requirements to include: engineering, research, development, test and evaluation, logistics, acquisition and strategic planning, and education and training services.
