Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS) is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a contract to provide customer support services to the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). BPA is a non-profit federal power marketing administration based in the Pacific Northwest. Although BPA is part of the US Department of Energy (DOE), it is self-funding and covers its costs by selling its products and services. EIS will provide Service Desk and Deskside support from BPA offices in Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, WA to the more than 2,800 BPA employees located across the Pacific Northwest.

EIS Senior Vice President and Capture Manager Robert Darlington said of the award, “This contract is extremely important for EIS as it expands our relationship with the DOE and increases our presence in the Pacific Northwest.” EIS has provided support to the National Energy Technology Laboratory for the past five years.
